Notes: The Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service event is an opportunity for the community to give back to the environment. Come and help remove invasive plants while learning about efforts being made to maintain healthy habitats. Enjoy sledding and snowshoeing (weather permitting) and other activities, including animal winter adaptations and arts & crafts. Parking is available on-site. Please dress for the weather. There will be s'mores and hot chocolate provided but bring food and/or snacks for yourself. Available Positions:  2

Notes: The Summer Job Recruiting Fair at Niles North High School will be an opportunity for the Forest Preserves to disseminate information pertaining to our Youth Outdoor Ambassador program and other amenities provided by the Forest Preserves to the Fair participants. We expect between 50-100 attendants. Please park in the main lot, which is located near Old Orchard Rd. & Edens Expressway near Westfield Old Orchard Mall. Enter through the Main Entrance Door #2 just past the flagpole. The event runs from 9:30am-2:00pm, so please bring food/snacks for yourself. Available Positions:  1
