Description

Susquehanna State Park invites volunteers to enjoy a season of camping by serving as a campground host. Campground hosts receive free camping in exchange for maintaining the campgrounds and bathhouses. Camp Hosts also serve as an important point of contact between campers and park staff. Hosts are required to work 4-6 hours daily and 20-30 hours weekly. Other responsibilities include running the camp concession, greeting and registering campers, answering questions, reminding campers of park policies and taking care of the campsites. Hosts will have access to the electric host site with water hook up, a dump station, hot showers, flush toilets, a picnic table, fire ring and much more.
