Do you thrive in social environments? Do you speak English and Spanish? You can make a difference as a bilingual customer service volunteer with the Health and Human Services Department. In this role, you welcome clients, answer their questions, and refer them to resources. You are patient and enjoy helping others.

Two locations: the public assistance front counter in north San Rafael, and the Health and Wellness Campus front desk in east San Rafael. Hours: 3- or 4-hour shifts any weekday between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. on a mutually agreeable, regular schedule. Staff provides orientation and training.
